This Young Lady Hates Being Productive!
I worked myself to death in 21st-century South Korea and died from overwork.
When I opened my eyes, I had been reincarnated as the precious youngest daughter of a Count’s family—the kind of family you’d only ever see in a fantasy novel. I had money, a home, and a loving family to rely on.
My only goal for this life was to live comfortably, spending my days doing nothing but playing, eating, and enjoying myself!
……Or so I thought.
“I heard that you were the one who wrote this proposal and these plans, Young Lady.”
“I wasn’t.”
“I heard everything from the Count. Your work is more impressive than anything his retainers have produced in all their years of service.”
I had only helped out a little because looking at my overworked father broke my heart…… And somehow, my efforts caught the Northern Grand Duke’s attention.
“I want to hire you.”
What did he just say to someone who died from overwork in her previous life? Hire me? A company? Labor?!
“I want you.”
“I’m sorry, but I’m not interested in a career in the slightest. My goal is to marry someone I love and live happily ever after.”
Not this time. Absolutely not. Never, ever, ever would I die from overwork again!
“I see…….”
“Yes. Well then, I shall take my leave—”
“Then marrying me should do.”
“Pardon?”
And so begins Countess Aerin’s arduous quest to become a wealthy stay-at-home wife, along with Northern Grand Duke Kael’s pursuit of the young lady—a courtship that looks suspiciously like headhunting…….
