Hayato Yonekura may be your typical office worker, but he's got an adventurous palate that spans beyond the Japanese cuisine he's accustomed to. He shares his love for good food and chocolate gateau with colleague Kouki Shiina every Friday night, bonding over their indulgence in various cuisines. Their ritual is disrupted when Shiina reveals that their weekly gathering would have to be put on hold due to a new project. The sudden announcement only adds to the tension brought by Shiina's previous confession to Yonekura. As their relationship falters, Yonekura struggles to express his true emotions towards his co-worker and food buddy. Will he finally muster the courage to reciprocate Shiina's affections?
