During times of turmoil, Weng Shaoying is celebrated as one of Dongping's greatest singers. Crowds flock to Song of Fairyland simply to witness her performances. However, despite her glamorous exterior, she has suffered under the control of others for over a decade. Across town lies Bi Xing Tang, a notorious gang. Following her father's death, Yanchu becomes their young female leader, which fuels rumors throughout the town. One fortuitous evening, the two women cross paths.
