Issei, a solitary salaryman, has only engaged in a physical relationship with Ban. Despite Ban's affectionate and kind nature, Issei is unable to express his emotions in any other way. Nonetheless, their relationship has been smooth sailing, and with their first anniversary coming up, Issei is determined to make a change. All of his enthusiastic planning comes to a halt when Ban passes away tragically in a car accident on the same day. With no one else to rely on, Issei is consumed by anguish and regret, longing to relive the past. Unexpectedly, supernatural forces intervene, and Issei is transported back in time, just days before Ban's accident. Given a second chance, Issei is determined to redeem himself and save his beloved partner from an untimely death.
